Deborah Johnson Deborah is an accomplished writer of 7 published books, who currently resides in Columbus, MS. Her book, The Air Between Us, received the Mississippi Library Association Award for Fiction. Johnson has been the editor for Genesis Press in Columbus and Executive Director of the Colom Foundation. Before moving to Columbus, she lived in Italy, where she was an announcer for the Vatican Radio in Rome. Deborah loves how every way you enter this state you see the sign: Welcome to Mississippi.
