Jennifer Rice is co-owner and President of Got Snacks Foods, founded in 2018. Prior to moving to Mississippi, Jennifer was a Principal in the Boston and Los Angeles offices of the consulting firm Odgers Berndtson. She brings experience consulting on senior assignments covering a wide variety of academic and operational leadership roles for clients contributing to the world through research, education, and service including research universities, liberal arts colleges, museums, academic medical centers, and biotech companies. Jenn built the foundation for a successful practice during tenures with two other firms. Prior to entering consulting, Jenn conducted pharmacology and infectious disease research at the Johns Hopkins University and Yale University. She earned a degree in the History of Science and Medicine from Yale University.
